心理篇

考前緊張是普遍現象,多給自己積極的心理暗示,設定符合自身實際的目標,避免過高期望帶來的壓力。多與家人、朋友、老師溝通感受。家長應多傾聽、少說教、多鼓勵、少施壓,營造輕松包容的家庭氛圍。如果焦慮的感受持續(xù)時間較長、久久得不到緩解,還可以通過做一些讓自己開心的事情來轉移注意力,如運動、唱歌、冥想、畫畫等。

睡眠篇

考前熬夜復習往往得不償失。考前至少1-2周開始調整生物鐘,確保每天7-9小時的睡眠。盡量固定入睡和起床時間。臥室安靜、黑暗、涼爽舒適。使用遮光窗簾、耳塞、白噪音機等輔助工具。
